How can I start a new thread?

I am a newbie here. I have one question, how to start a new thread?

Thanks for your question.

Click on the forum / section where you want to start the new thread. Once the forum is open click on the New Thread button, underneath the menu bar on the top left of the screen.

Then simple write a title for your thread, fill in the message content and click the Submit New Thread button.
