Mine business plan is :

There are lot of work on internet and still the number of unaware people is more.

Therefore, take up the content creation or manual job from the forums and give it to all those people who do not know how to earn through internet.

Job of business head will be to coordinate with everybody and get the work done from (lets say) your friends, father, mother or relatives.

So this will be a win win situation where everyone will be happy earning some money.

Content creation and forum posting services are hot and are money makers, but you will more than likely need a nice amount of volume if you want to make any money in it. I briefly started doing this from jobs on other forums and found that forum posting is the most profitable. I run a paid posting forum myself and I got people off of there to post at these jobs and paid them a nice rate and was still making a good profit from it. I always say content creation is the best way to get your foot in the door in the internet world, as it provides fast capital and is fairly easy to do with little time commitment.

Afcourse Fergel, providing a office is not profitable intially that is why my employees are a company in themselves who will work while sitting in their homes.

You know, it generally means that in every field of business you make, you and your whole family must take their parts, use their own skills for the betterment of the business. Teamwork and bonding is the key if you plan to have a family business.

your idea is more on profit sharing within your family. Sounds great but bear in mind that it's required both quality and quantity. Why am i saying that? Most of the buyer prefer to have quality posts in their forum and in order to hire someone to do the job, you must have your own target how many jobs can be done in say 1 day..so from the earning you can pay the salary because forum posting pay little.

I have to say that I like the idea. As the Original Poster correctly says there are lots of people who are not aware of ways to make money online. The idea of getting this work and getting friends and family to do it is a good one.

You should be able to trust your friends and family and hopefully they will understand your new business situation and be more motivated in their employment with you than strangers would be. This will help you build up a good reputation with your clients which will bring tremendous benefits to your business.

Also, in the beginning they may not require as much payment for the work they do, at least until you get somewhat established and up and running.

The idea is not bad and one can earn good amount of profit if there is alot of work each month. If the work is ongoing then your Family Business can be very successful.

I think that your idea is great. We can slowly do internet biz until we are financially stable, together with our loved ones (family). And thats the most important part.

Thank you everyone for your support. So now I have started working on my business plan and found some of my friends who will be more than happy to contribute in my business plan and earn some extra money from their free time.
Initially i have 3 people to start with and each is qualified for any kind of work on internet except coding.

If you are writing articles that is the only thing you should need to worry about. The buyer will just plug it in to his/her blog and maybe format a bit more. If they want you to code more than a link in to the article they need to pay more bucks. After all, you are an article writer, not a programmer, and there is a vast difference.

If they want to hire a programmer they need to look at a different ad than yours.

But it will just merely help in creating the awareness of earning the money through internet among the unaware people's...... but as soon as they get aware to this then who will want to work under someone and share his earning with someone who isn't doing anything apart from creating awareness because it didn't want someone to head and can be done alone.......

Ya some people say we have not supposed to over book our family but there is a certain time that the biz we are doing should not involved our family sometimes, because anything happened in future also cost your family also.So the best for me is make a different between family bussiness and personal bussiness but the key is, we still working as a family.
