I have used that before and it's interesting, though I'm not sure of the quality of some of the links it creates.

hmm that site is showing as PR5 which is pretty good, I'm just wondering what are "C" class IP's and domains, not much info until you delve deeper I suspect

A quick bit of research has discovered that should the 25 backlinks per day originate from the same IP, google will discount them as reciprocal links
