I notice that the first post displaying on your blog is about a black hat method, yet most of your other posts appear to be about completely legit topics - please correct me if I'm wrong.

A blog with a mix of black and white hat methods might cause you a little difficulty. For example, there will be many people who will be reluctant to promote your blog or perhaps even to visit it, if it publishes information on black hat methods. Unfortunately for both them and for you, they will miss out on your white hat content.

Please don't get me wrong, I'm not judging you, I'm simply suggesting that it might help your blog to grow if you decide whether you want it to be black hat or white hat and then stick to that niche.

Papa - I'd echo a lot of what Fergal said and add that you really need to limit the focus for your blog. You mention that your blog is going to be about "Tech News,Ways to earn Money,about Gadgets" and then you say next that it "is a mixed type of blog covering many things".

I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but you are going to have very limited success, if any, with a general blog like that. The web is overcrowded with general blogs that don't target anything in particular, and as a result they don't get many readers. You need to target something specific and then differentiate your blog from the thousands of others that already exist on the same topic.
