It's an ad for a "Money-making Opportunity" called Treasure Trooper. Treasure Trooper publishes offers by a variety of companies, and members make money by trying the offers. I am not a member, so I do not know what the egg is for - perhaps it has something to do with members getting referrals. Tubexcriolina can probably help more with that.
Personally, I tried a similar opportunity several months ago, and I didn't make much money with it. I cannot make a definite statement about Treasure Trooper, but based on my experience with similar sites, I cannot recommend it.
