I like the header but the font used with the logo isn't exactly right. Maybe try a different font or add a shadow or gradient, just something to make it "pop".

I took a lok at your site today, and you still have problems with your meta tags. Two of your pages have the same Title Tag, and the other three have nothing but your website name - no keywords at all. Also, your "keywords" meta tags are the same for every page, and you are using one "description" meta tag for two pages, and another one for three pages.
Also, your "About Us" page has your contact info instead of information about the company, and you have no "Contact Us" page.

PS. To make your site more graphically impressive I would use your profile images in a flash show on your front page under the 'At Red Shield' para in the same size you have your thumbnails on that page. Also, make your social media more prominent and create an affiliate program. Cheers

Just had a look at your site.

The layout and design seem quite good - it is really clear what you do, which is obviously important.

One comment regarding the payment/ pricing options - I wonder if you have too many or if the layout could be improved? It seems a little confusing, which could put off potential buyers. Perhaps three clear options would be better? For example a cheap/ low quality, medium price/ quality and high end option, with the middle option being the one you wish to sell the most of (relating to the psychology of buying/ habits), perhaps what is now the "Best Selling" 'Gold' option.

A lot better but I still think if you are promoting a web desing company you need bette graphics....like your portfolio and the Back-Linx website. That looks so flashy and cool but your site just seems like a simple wordpress template.

Sometimes simple sells better but your site is also your resume so it may need to be jazzed up a bit.
