WTB Simple Website Template.

I want to buy a professional looking, simple, crisp website template for a content site. The template does not need to be unique.

The template should;


Have a header, with a text editable site name and slogan
Include a navigation bar, with text editable links
CSS that validates to W3C.org standards
Facilitate the inclusion of Adsense ads
Have text areas with dark text on a light background and font that is easy to read.


My budget is quite low, to be honest, less than $40.

Please let me know what you have and how much you want for it.

Fergal in my opinion Wordpress work as the best CMS. If you wanna have some premium Wordpress themes,just tell me.I have got lots of them. :)I would attach them here :)
