I prefer MyBB and phpBB but I will take a look at anything.

I don't need any licenses so quote me a price without them.

My budget is only a couple hundred bucks for this project.

I want domains with traffic. Don't really care about extension, PR, etc. I'm only concerned about the traffic.

Budget isn't too big for domains but show me what you got.
