Well you are searching for a loan, then you should also mention your purpose of taking loan because loan of $1000 should not be a tough deal for you to crack. I have recorded the payday loan commercial and slowed it down so that I could read all the fine print. The loan has an interest rate 99.25%. That is the worst rate I have ever seen on any loan, bar none. I am sure even with horrible credit that you can beat that rate. Just my .02 cents. Best of luck!:)

It should be a criminal offense to charge an interest rate like that and no one should take out a loan like that. The rate is just too high. All that would result from taking a loan out at that high of an interest rate, is that you would get yourself deeper and deeper into debt.

Payday loan is the same as cash advance right? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I know that cash advance has a high interest rate but it doesn't reach 99.25%. If the interest is that high, no one in their right mind will want a payday loan.

Actually "payday" loans are without a doubt one of the worst things you could ever do. I've never gotten one and can't verify the 99%+ interest rate but from what I've heard and read there are probably some companies that charge that much. It won't say that on the paperwork you sign but the way it's compounded,the way they figure the rate it could very well end up as 99% APR. They are not simple interest loans. Be careful.
