Electronic CRM (http://www.electroniccrm.com) is a brand new start-up business, developing software to enable website owners communicate with their visitors. Our first software offering will be a remotely hosted Live Help service.
We are currently seeking a part time web developer / programmer to develop a prototype of our remotely hosted Live Help service and then continue to work on the project, to customise it and add additional features. We will consider applications from both individuals and companies.
This is a potentially permanent role and the person or company chosen will work between 10 & 20 hours per week. The developer will work from their own office or home and can be located in any country.
The person or company appointed will be the lead technical developer and this is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting start-up business at the very beginning.
The successful applicant will be required to do the following;
Evaluate off-the-shelf software scripts
Set-up a remotely hosted Live Help service site, using an off-the-shelf script and graphics & templates designed by others
Customise the script and add additional features to the service
Answer technical queries from Electronic CRM management and technical support staff.
