Anyone thinking of doing anything special over those few weeks to keep the momentum rolling with your online businesses/sites or are we all going to take a well earned breather and relax?

Chance would be a fine thing eh. I'm hoping to anyway for at least a few days.

I don't have a site Kay!!
But I have a blog & I am thinking of putting some links of christmas online cards with some special occasional quotes along with some specific information relating to christmas & new year,,,..!!
Thats all stuff I had in my mind...(may be I am too inexperienced in this but hopeful of getting some results out of all this stuff still..)

Well, beyond setting up some posts to publish automatically on certain days, I'm thinking of not doing too much. Since most readers wont be surfing the net either, I don't need to expend too much energy and I don't think my rankings will drop in just that time.

Blogs count too. I just missed the word. :) I think that's a nice idea scifi. I know I'm always searching for nice holiday related information at various times of the year so it'd be a good addition. :)

Why do you think you're too inexperienced, because you have hope? Everyone needs that. :) Do what feels right to you and it'll all come together in time. If you want us to look at your blog and make suggestions, then you could always start a new thread about it. Even the most successful bloggers started with a blank page, scifi. Keep your standards high and you'll build a following before you know it. :)

I can't make up my mind if it'll be quiet because it's the holidays or busier because people are off and playing catch up LOL. Probably quieter as you say. I'll be doing the same thing, flashgordonweb, if I can squeeze in time between then and now to set them up. If not, I'm not going to worry about it. :)

I'll hopefully get a chance to check in here at Business Advice Forum on most days over the holidays. However, I do expect that it will be quieter than normal round here. I look forward to us being busier than ever in the New Year. :)

Thanks Kay for inspirational words of wisdom!!!

Well here is important information (http://in.news.yahoo.com/139/20081221/882/twl-christmas-day-to-see-more-people-sho.html)I have just read ..
It says that Christmas this year will see more number of people shopping online than going to a church service. I don't know ethically it is right or wrong but it is good business opportunity to some!!! It also gives data suuporting a very strong indication of extent of sales despite recession!!!
