I have come across this website where you can build 25 unique backlinks to your website pages every day with the push of a button.
It's very simple: sign up for a free account, download and install a Firefox plugin and submit your websites/pages once every day.
Imagine this: if you are consistent and do submit every single day you can build 750 backlinks in a month!

Have you used this yourself junglekid? Did you get good quality links from it? Was there anything about the links that caused you concern that they might lead you to getting penalised by the search engines.

I have started with them three days ago, Fergal, as a free member and have been submitting a site every day. Apparently what they do is submit it to social bookmarking sites, at least that's what they state in the video on their home page. Reports on each submission are available to Premium(Paid) members only. Upgrading costs 47 bucks (one-time-fee) but I intend to continue a free user for the time being, unless I get enough referrals to upgrade...
This is another site by Colin Klinkert, the guy from ViralUrl.com, ViralHosts.com, etc. I don't think that a service by an experienced marketer like Colin could do any harm to my websites.

...you can build 25 unique backlinks to your website pages every day...
I submitted the home page of one of my sites yesterday and tried to submit the same home page again this evening. However, I received a message saying that I can't submit the same URL twice. Do I need to submit a different URL every day?

This isn't mentioned anywhere on their site. I've been submitting different pages of the same website and had no problems so far.
I'd suggest that you submit the same page again changing the "titles 1-2-3" and the "contents 1-2-3".

I had no problems either to be honest.

Regarding submission of the same URL, here's what I have found on the Warrior Forum, directly from the owners of Social Monkee:
"No, right now you can't submit the exact same URL more than once. However you can submit different URLs from the same domain. For example you can submit warriorforum.com only once, but you can then submit warriorforum.com/home (once), warriorforum.com/products (once), warriorforum.com/blog (once), etc." ( Julien Duc )
"We could allow the same url to be submitted more than once, but then people would submit them every day, so the same url's 300 times in a year.
The search engines will see this as spam and block our sites, then everyone loses. The idea here is to get inbound, do follow links to help your traffic ranking. (Help Make your sites rank for the terms you want)
So once you have the inbound link, if you are premium, you get an RSS feed and a video showing how to let the search engines know about, and index those backlinks.
Getting 2nd, 3rd etc. links from the same domains on the same ips carry very little weight compared to the 1st one. So once you have the link and it is indexed, you dont need to get another one from those sites." (Colin Klinkert)

Why it is taking too long to submit the baclinks. I guess their is also a software which makes links on the different social bookmarking sites automatically

Why it is taking too long to submit the baclinks.
Submission may take a little longer when there's too many people doing it at the same time. Besides this the site is brand new so they'll be improving it along time.

Yes, among them socialsubmitter, socialsubmit, bookmarkwiz, socialbot, socialmarker.
Here's additional information about the backlinks:
" The links come from social bookmarking sites that we own and control, not forums. We purchased 100 domains and installed 100 social bookmarking sites on 1 unique ips, all c-class unique, most of them at the moment are even A and B class unique on servers around the world!
Some of the sites are established with a lot of backlinks and a good alexa, others are new and are being promoted by my team as we speak...
I bought some established ones and set other ones up months ago etc.
There are after all 100 sites. We are also planning on adding more as we go." (Colin Klinkert)

I guess the folks who have just start their websites and do not have enough content should avoid this for the moment because their is a chance that their sites may get penalize.

Sites would not be penalized if they have plenty of backlinks but no content. In fact, there are sites which have no content at all and getting PR5+ because of building backlinks.

I have read it on the articles written by the gurus of SEO that if you have just started and it does not have enough content or pages your website do not make much backlinks Google can penalize you for spamming

Well here are latest updates....
I have tried manual submitting on individual site and it has shown instant results....
The ones submitted through SocialMonkey is showing only one relevant backlink and that too from the very site itself...Any other significant result is yet to be noticed!!!!

I'm still on the process of submitting several websites and different pages of them as a premium member. In a few days I will get back to you to report the results.
In the meantime, here are some interesting testimonials posted on the Warrior Forum:
"I signed up to Social Monkee on Thursday 17 Feb 2011 - I thought I would try the free version first. I submitted a site on Thursday and another one on Friday.
This morning (just 4 days later) I have got backlinks showing up in Yahoo Site Explorer. This beats forum profiles, article marketing etc etc hands down."
"I upgraded a few days ago and noticed some ranking increases for a couple of keywords. Program is very easy to use and at this point, it's helping. "

Of course there are other different, not-so-positive opinions too, but I'll put it this way: it's a FREE service that offers backlinks to your websites. My personal opinion is this: Backlinks, The More The Better. If you can get them for FREE it's even better.

Why will they get penalized?
For breaching the search engine guidelines with attempted manipulation of the search results. It's possible, but not probable.
If a site has a poor or non existent link profile, William King's point is a valid one (though the reference to 'content' isn't really appropriate). For an established site with a strong link profile, it wouldn't be enough to get them penalised (e.g. if I submitted a competitor it wouldn't knock them out of the index), but it is enough to flag potential issues and push them closer to thresholds or towards a manual review.
If you look at the fundamentals of the plan, it's entirely flawed. It's allowing for open linking to any site submitted. There's no vetting of the links or monitoring of the content. The domains being used (100 if the information from WF still holds) will quickly be blackmarked due to the types of sites that will use this type of offer (for every legitimate site entered, such as some of those that will have signed up via BAF, there will be a few hundred spammy sites submitted [I've already come across (and been offered) a number of scripts to automate the submission tied into various cloaking tools, allowing for submission of hundreds of sites with a single click).
Would I use it for a site I value? No.
Would I test it out on a 'play' site? Sure.
Do I believe it will have negative impacts on a link profile? It's leaving all the wrong breadcrumbs and raises serious issues regarding co-citation.
Is it enough to get a site deindexed? Who knows. The SE's change their algos too often to even attempt to predict the 'next step' like that. I'd imagine that in 99% of cases the answer is no, but the benefits they'd obtain in that case still wouldn't be worth the risks.
