I will provide with the list of teachers who you can directly hire for $5-7 per hour. The salary is low because they accept bulk work, and you pay them by the teaching hour.

You must be referring to teachers abroad who can do skype?

Unless by "bulk" you mean, $5-7 per student.

In the UK the minimum wage is £5.75 an hour.
