Chat Bam & Robot Host official partnership

Chat Bam Web Design announces their official partnership with Robot Host today. Our old hosting had problems every other day and were just a big problem. As so, a list of changes can be found below:

- Hosting can not be purchased as a side product.
- Hosting is only available through our services. You may not request hosting.
- All backups still run daily.


This move was swift and painless. We hope this is a move for the future.

Good luck with your new hosting partner hcted. Why do you only sell hosting to your existing clients, I'm not sure why you would turn down the business, if a new client wanted to purchase hosting from you as a stand alone service?

Because all of our hosting packages are free. It would technically be unfair to sell a free service.

Before, a client got the auto free package based from web design. However, if the client needed/wanted to upgrade, they just shovel in a buck or two more each month to their existing costs. Also, these plans could be bought separately. But no plans = no sale.
