my goal on these coming days it to have a good site that would give me a good amount of money but i want to ask if any one knows a add network that pays via paypal they put adds on my site and i get paid for clicking on them please help

Good luck on achieving your goal. Can you accept payment in any other way than PayPal. If so, you should seriously consider Google Adsense (https://www.google.com/adsense).

Have you got an established website or are you in the processing of buying or building one?

Although to be honest, you probably don't need to be thinking about ad networks or ad revenue just yet. Your first priority should be to set up your site, provide a useful service / content to your visitors and build traffic to your site. You won't begin to achieve ad revenue until you have a successful site.

oh thanks fregal i will really not forget this advice i will work in it and will not think of adds anymore only of building a site the problem is that i am teen and has 15 years so i do not have money to be used online

You can set up a profitable site without any investment, using free services like https://www.blogger.com. As previously mentioned you should find the link to 0 to $500 blog to be very useful, have you read it?
