Does your college / university have a career guidance person that you could speak to?
No one could tell you what is the best specialisation based on the limited information you have given. There is no best subject, only a subject that is best for you.
What subject are you best at?
Which subject do you enjoy the most?
Which specialism do you think you would be most suited to employment in?
A lot will depend on your unique skills and personality. For example if you are logical, methodical and good with figures, finance might be best for you. If you are innovative and creative, marketing might be best for you. If you are good with people, maybe you should consider HR.

In choosing your specialization, it would be good to know yourself first. You should ask yourself the questions that Fergal has mentioned in his post above. You might also try listing down the pros and cons to each of these fields, which one you're most interested in and which one makes the most money.
If it's a question between your interests and money, you can also read the thread on Passion vs Money (http://www.businessadviceforum.com/showthread.php?t=926).

Are You sure You are ready to get an MBA?
Maybe You work a little bit more before You try to get one.

It depends on your interests . if some1 suggests you to take the course and you dont like it then that is the most disheartening feeling you will ever have trust me!! been there done that

Deepak, what is your own preference?
Are there any of those four topics that you particularly enjoy or don't enjoy?

Deepak, You haven't answered my question.
You obviously have no clue what You want to do. Just getting an MBA for the sake of an MBA will give You a little better payment. In this case take a dice and throw it, then look at the number:
1: HR, 2:Finance, 3:Marketing, 4:Operations ,5 and 6: throw the dice again.
However if You want to get that MBA to double Your income and be happy, then You better find out first what You actually want. When I look at Your fist post, let's quote You:
Also I would like to know why this specific specialization is important
Is this question serious?
I'm in a good mood, so I'll explain:
HR: Find people who know something.
Operations: Make the whole thing fly.
Marketing: Tell everyone how great Your product is.
Finance: Get money and spend it well.
