From Tweet Zone Press Releases:
Tweet Zone is proud to announce its recent addition to updates: Facebook Connect. Facebook Connect allows registered users to link their Facebook Account to Tweet Zone, thus allowing Tweet Zone to let you comment with either your Tweet Zone account or Facebook!
We are also on the look out for some assistance with Twitter API. If you have any experience with Twitter's API and are willing to volunteer time to help Tweet Zone, please contact Hcted. We would love to hear from you!

Where is the FaceBook Connect button on your site?

You must first:
- Register into our system
After you do that, a "Link Accounts" button will appear once you have logged in, allowing you to link accounts. Post comments on articles with your facebook, ect.

Does that not defeat the purpose of using FaceBook Connect?
When I see FaceBook Connect on a site I generally know that I can easily register on the site with that FaceBook Connect button, without having to go through the site's normal registration procedures. That's also how we use FaceBook Connect here on Business Advice Forum.

Does that not defeat the purpose of using FaceBook Connect?

The reason I could not do this is because the community software we are using is extremely complicated and only allows for new user registrations via registration form. While yes, most people think of it as a login extra, it is not in this case. It will only allow you to make our site more connected to your social profile life. So you are connecting, per say, just after registration.
Facebook is also not our big API concern. Right now we are working vigilantly to allow for Twitter logins. Meaning you can register with your Twitter Account. Once we have figured this out for Twitter registration API, and a way around our community software's limiting API connect features, we are working. Our whole aim is to please the community and make it easier.
