What do you really want to post in this forum?

I enjoy welcoming newbies, because the first time i joined this forum I felt the warm welcome from the moderators up to the members. I really enjoy this forum until now that is why i just want to give it back from the newbies here. How about you guys? What do you really want to post in this forum aside from yout tips, knowledge and insight?

I will like to read all the post that interested me but i only will post if i have some question or some experience to share with the member

I mostly read only in here, I just post when I have questions, and when I want to help other members. I also posts when I feel like when I'm on the mood to talk on other stuff in the Business Small Talk & General Discussion forum. So that's just it.

What I like to do in this forum is sharing my own knowledge on the people who are here in the forum.
In fact, I also learned alot from them.

Knowledge sharing, leads sharing, exchange of insights or ideas and occasional healthy (but mutually respectful) discussions/banter tackling current events or current issues, friendly discussions which could lead to strategic business partnerships or business opportunities

I think it's always nice to say hi to newcomers and let them know they are welcome. I've visited forums where I posted an intro. When I saw no one said hi to me on my return visit, I didn't go back. It feels just plain unfriendly and cliquish when there's zero replies. I know everyone here would never give that impression intentionally because it's not like that at all, but a new person can take it like that. I clean forget myself sometimes to look at the Intros folder.

Of course I could just be menopausal and no one else thinks like that LOL. :P So to anybody I overlooked saying hi to, I'm sorry and am very glad to have you here. :D

We have the same thoughts, It is always nice to get a warm welcome rather than no reactions at all.
