I keep getting emails from this site and its spamming my inbox! MAKE IT STOP! :(

Mr. Crazy thanks for alerting us to this. What type of emails are you getting?

If they are notifying you of new posts, you can turn them off by editing your options as follows;

User CP (http://www.businessadviceforum.com/usercp.php) > Edit Options (in the navigation menu on the left) > Scroll down to the "Messaging & Notification" section and you will see the paragraph below;

When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
Default Thread Subscription Mode:

Select the email notification option you want from the drop down list.
